Microwave Fish
Microwave Fish is an easy dinner. Made with 1 to 1 1/2 lb. fish fillets, 1/2 c. melted butter or margarine, 2 tbsp. lemon juice and cracker or fine bread crumbs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
Mix the crackers and margarine together.
Place the fish in a microwave-safe dish.
Sprinkle with the lemon juice.
Top with the cracker or bread crumb mix.
Sprinkle with paprika.
Heat on High for 9 to 11 minutes, turning once at 5 minutes.
Fish is done when it is light and flaky, just as baked fish in an oven.
