Microwave Divinity is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. granulated sugar, 1/2 c. cold water, 1 tsp. vinegar, 1 egg white and 1/2 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Combine sugar, water and vinegar in a buttered 4-cup measure; cover with plastic wrap.
Microwave 12 to 15 minutes on Roast. Meanwhile, beat egg white in mixer bowl until stiff peaks form. Pour hot syrup into egg white, beating constantly.
Add vanilla and nuts.
Beat until stiff.
Drop by teaspoonfuls onto wax paper. Makes about 30 pieces.
