Mexican Salsa Bread
Mexican Salsa Bread is an easy dinner. Made with 1 cup (4 oz.) shredded reduced fat monterey jack cheese, divided, 3/4 cup picante sauce, 1/3 cup chopped fresh cilantro and 1 (1 lb) italian cheese flavored pizza crust (such as boboli), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.
Combine 1/2 cup cheese, picante sauce, and cilantro in a small bowl.
Mix well and spread over pizza crust.
Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
Place on a baking sheet and place in 350 degree oven for 15 minutes or until cheese melts.
Remove and cut into wedges.
