Mexican Salsa
Mexican Salsa is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 lb. fresh tomatoes, 3 peppers, 1/2 large onion, 8 garlic cloves and 1 tsp. cumin, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Skin tomatoes; core and remove as many seeds as possible. Process in food processor until almost pureed.
Pour into nonmetalic bowl; add vinegar, salt, pepper and cumin.
Chop onion. Mince garlic and add onion and garlic to bowl.
Clean peppers; mince in processor.
Add to bowl.
Great with tortilla chips covered with melted cheese.
