Mexican Dip
Mexican Dip is an easy Mexican snack you can prepare in just 32 minutes. Made with (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened, chili without beans, green chilies, mild and chopped (may use hotter one, if you can stand them) and . cheddar cheese, shredded, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
In a 9-inch pie plate, preferably Pyrex, starting with the cream cheese, spread each ingredient over the one before, ending with the Cheddar cheese.
Bake in oven at 350Β°, until cheese is melted and bubbling, approximately 20 to 25 minutes.
