Preheat oven to 400Β°. Combine ground beef, cereal, cheese, garlic salt, pepper and egg.
Use 1 tablespoon meat mixture to shape into 1 1/4-inch balls.
Place on ungreased 15 x 10 x 2-inch baking pan.
Bake 15 to 17 minutes or until no longer pink, turning meatballs halfway through.
Drain on absorbent paper.
Serve with sauce.
