Meat And Pickle Sandwiches is an easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. beef big bologna, salad dressing, 10 sweet gherkin sweet pickles and salt and pepper to taste, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Using an old fashion grinder, grind meat and pickles into casserole dish.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Add 3 or 4 tablespoons of salad dressing and mix.
May substitute sweet relish or dill pickles for sweet pickles.
Spread on bread and cut sandwiches diagonally in quarters.
Serve on a platter.
