Max'S Merry Christmas Nog is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 12 eggs, 2 c. sugar, 1 qt. milk, 2 bottles avoset whipping cream and 12 oz. brandy, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Separate eggs, setting aside the whites in another bowl.
Beat egg yolks and add the sugar until creamy.
Add milk and avoset to mixture continuing to stir.
Add brandy, rum and bourbon.
Beat the egg whites in another bowl until stiff and then spoon mixture into the eggnog.
Pour into glasses and dash with nutmeg.
