Maryland Crab Bisque
Maryland Crab Bisque is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 cans crab meat, 2 tbsp. butter, 1 1/4 c. minced celery, 2 (1 oz. each) white sauce and 2 c. half and half, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Saucepan, butter and saute celery until soft. Stir in sauce mix and gradually add half and half and chicken broth. Add sherry.
Stir over low heat until the soup bubbles and thickens slightly.
Add crab meat.
Simmer 1 to 2 minutes. Serve in bowls topped with celery leaves.
