Marinated Fried Chicken
Marinated Fried Chicken is an impressive dinner. Made with 2 to 2 1/2 lb. chicken breasts, skinned, 3 tsp. salt, 1/2 tsp. freshly ground pepper, 1/4 tsp. garlic powder and 1/2 c. dry vermouth, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Wash and dry chicken.
Season with a mixture of 2 teaspoons salt, pepper and garlic powder.
Mix together the vermouth, lemon juice, olive oil, thyme and parsley.
Marinate the chicken in the mixture for 1 hour.
Drain chicken well.
Roll in the flour mixed with the remaining salt, then the eggs and finally the bread crumbs.
Melt the butter in a large skillet and cook the chicken until browned and tender.
Turn the pieces frequently.
