Mama'S Rolls
Mama'S Rolls is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 1/2 c. self-rising flour, 2 pkg. yeast, 1/4 c. sugar, 3/4 c. water and 1/4 c. crisco, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Mix together in a large bowl.
Set in a warm place covered with a light dish cloth.
Let rise 1 1/2 hours.
Roll out on a lightly floured board 3/4-inch thick.
(You can also roll them into balls and place three balls to a muffin tin for cloverleaf rolls.)
Cut rolls out with biscuit cutter and place on well-greased pan and let rise for 1 hour.
Bake in 425Β° oven until brown.
