Macaroni and Cheese
Macaroni And Cheese is an easy family-friendly dish. Made with 1 c. macaroni, 2 eggs, 2 c. milk, 1 tsp. salt and 1/2 c. sharp cheese, grated, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Butter a 2 qt. casserole dish and set aside.
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Boil macaroni in lots of water.
Drain and set aside.
Beat 2 eggs into casserole dish.
Pour in milk and salt. Stir in cheese.
Add drained macaroni.
If milk doesn't cover macaroni, add more milk and stir.
Bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour or until the casserole doesn't jiggle when you shake it.
