Macaroni and Cheese
Macaroni And Cheese is an moderately easy family-friendly dish. Made with 8 oz. box macaroni, cooked and hot, 3 c. grated sharp cheddar cheese, 1 1/2 c. milk, paprika and 6 tbsp. butter, divided, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. In greased casserole dish, put half the macaroni and mix with 3 tablespoons butter and 1/2 cup cheese.
Put 1 cup cheese over this.
Put other half macaroni, 1 1/2 cups cheese and dot with the other 3 tablespoons butter.
Mix the eggs, salt and milk and beat well.
Pour over macaroni.
Sprinkle top lightly with paprika. Bake at 350Β° for 25 to 30 minutes until macaroni is bubbly and set.
Serves 6 to 8.
