Macaroni And Cheese is an easy family-friendly dish. Made with 1 -16 oz. box elbow macaroni, 1/2 - 3/4 stick of margarine, 2 - 3 lbs. of grated cheese, 1 can evaporated milk and salt and pepper to taste, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Boil macaroni until tender (do not drain), add all other ingredients and stir.
Pour in 11 x 14 inch baking dish and top with remaining cheese.
Bake at 375° - 400° until it bubbles all over.
Do not over cook --will be dry.
May need to add more water before baking.
Should be soupy when put in oven.
Serves about 10 -15.
