In a large pan, bring water, salt and oil to a boil.
Add macaroni.
Boil until macaroni is tender.
Drain; add margarine, cheese (cut up in small pieces) and soup.
Cover until melted. Add evaporated milk.
Mix well.
Pour into 9 x 13-inch pan.
Bake at 400Β° for about 15 minutes or until slightly brown around edges.
