Lynn'S Skillet Barbecue Chicken is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/4 c. salad oil, 2 tbsp. vinegar, 2 tbsp. brown sugar, 1/3 c. catsup and 1 tsp. worcestershire sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

In large frying pan, add ingredients.
Cut up one fryer.
Set in pan and cook, uncovered, over medium heat, turning to brown evenly.
Cook until tender, about 35 minutes.
Remove chicken to a platter.
Skim off oil from sauce.
Add 1 cup water.
Serve over chicken.
