Low-Fat Oven Fries
Low-Fat Oven Fries is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 small baking potatoes, 1 tbsp. margarine, melted, 1/4 c. grated parmesan cheese, 1/2 tsp. garlic salt and 1/4 tsp. paprika, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Scrub potatoes thoroughly.
Cut each potato lengthwise into 8 slices.
Brush cut surface lightly with melted margarine.
In a plastic bag, combine Parmesan cheese, garlic salt, paprika and onion powder.
Add 8 potato slices at a time to bag. Shake to coat.
Spray an 11 x 7 x 1 1/2-inch baking pan with nonstick coating.
Arrange potatoes in pan.
Bake, uncovered, at 400Β° for 25 to 30 minutes.
Serve hot.
