Low-Fat Chicken Pot Pie
Low-Fat Chicken Pot Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 can mixed vegetables, drained, 1 can campbell's healthy request cream of chicken soup, 1 small (5 oz.) can light evaporated milk, 1 or 2 cans swanson premium white chicken and 2 1/2 c. low-fat pioneer biscuit mix, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Mix biscuit mix according to package directions for biscuits. Spray pie plate with Pam.
Pat 1/2 biscuit dough in bottom of pie plate.
Mix all other ingredients.
Pour on top of biscuit dough. Put other 1/2 biscuit dough on top.
Bake at 400Β° for 15 to 25 minutes or until brown.
