Low-Fat Cajun Wedges
Low-Fat Cajun Wedges is an easy dinner. Made with russet potatoes and cajun seasoning or other seasoning, such as paprika, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Preheat oven to 400Β°.
Scrub potatoes under running water with soft vegetable brush; rinse.
Dry well.
(Do not peel).
Line baking sheet with aluminum foil and spray with nonstick cooking spray.
Cut potatoes in half lengthwise, then cut each half lengthwise into 3 wedges.
Place potatoes, skin sides down, in single layer on prepared baking sheet.
Spray potatoes lightly with cooking spray and sprinkle with seasoning.
Bake 25 minutes or until browned and fork-tender.
Garnish as desired.
Serve immediately.
