Little Man Muffins
Little Man Muffins is an easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. (11 oz.) frozen muffins swirled with cinnamon-sugar, 1 container (8 oz.) whipped cream cheese with pineapple pieces, 12 raisins and 2 red apples, cored and thinly sliced, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Heat muffins as package label directs, sliced crosswise in half.
Spread 1 tablespoon cream cheese over cut side of bottom half of each muffin; cover with top half of muffin, cut side down. Place remaining cream cheese in small pastry bag fitted with star tip.
Make eyes and hair on each muffin top.
Attach raisins, cream-cheese eyes; press apples in muffin for hair, nose and mouth. Makes 6 servings.
