Light Pancakes
Light Pancakes is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. flour, 2 tsp. baking powder, 2 tbsp. sugar, 1/4 tsp. salt and 1 1/2 c. skim milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.
Mix dry ingredients.
Add skim milk and oil; mix well.
Beat 2 egg whites until peaks form.
Fold into batter mix.
Spray griddle with Pam or other nonstick cooking spray.
Cook pancakes as usual.
Use lite margarine and syrup or better yet, apple butter or applesauce.
