Leek and Potato Soup
Leek And Potato Soup is an moderately easy dinner. Put leeks, celery and butter in a pan.
Cook 10 minutes, stirring constantly.
Add water.
Cover and cook 10 more minutes. Add potatoes and add more water to cover.
Cover and cook 10 additional minutes.
Add milk.
Simmer until potatoes are tender. Season to taste with salt, pepper and cayenne.
Serve hot.
