Layered Green Salad
Layered Green Salad is an moderately easy salad you can prepare in just 48 minutes. Made with small head shredded lettuce, onion, in thin rings, medium green pepper, chopped, water chestnuts, sliced and (10 oz.) carton green peas, thawed and spread on paper towels to dry the excess moisture (uncooked), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Use a large glass salad bowl and layer from the bottom up the ingredients.
Let stand, covered, in refrigerator overnight.
Do not mix!
