Jello Salad
Jello Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 small pkg. apricot jell-o, 1 small pkg. peach jell-o, 1 large can crushed pineapple, drained (reserve 1/2 c. juice), 1 c. peaches, chopped and drained (reserve 1/2 c. juice) and 4 tsp. cornstarch, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Dissolve Jell-O in 3 cups boiling water.
After completely dissolved, add 2 1/2 cups cold water.
Set in refrigerator until it begins to set up.
Fold in pineapple and peaches.
