Jambalaya
Jambalaya is an impressive dinner. Made with 1 lb. smoked sausage, 1/2 c. oleo, 1 large yellow onion, 1/2 large bell green pepper and 1 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Cut sausage into 1/2-inch pieces and brown.
Drain grease and set aside.
In skillet, melt oleo and saute onions, bell pepper and celery until limp.
To this add Accent, sugar, pepper, parsley, salt, Tabasco sauce and garlic powder.
Simmer a few minutes, then add pimento and sausage.
Heat thoroughly.
Serve with rice.
