Italian Wedding Soup
Italian Wedding Soup is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. ground beef or sausage, 1 tsp. garlic powder or 2 tbsp. minced garlic, 1 egg, 1/2 cup italian bread crumbs and 2 (14 1/2 oz.) cans chicken broth, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Combine meat, garlic, egg, and bread crumbs.
Form into very small (1/2 inch) meatballs.
Cook through in skillet or bake. While meat is cooking bring broth to simmer in a large sauce pan. Add noodles and cook according to package directions.
Add meatballs and spinach.
Allow spinach to thaw.
Remove from heat and serve.
