Italian Salsa
Italian Salsa is an impressive Italian dinner you can prepare in about 1 hour 26 minutes. Place first 6 ingredients in to bowl of a food processor.
Pulse for about 10 seconds to break the cheese into small pieces.
Scrape sides and pulse again.
Transfer to a large mixing bowl.
Add lemon juice and basil and mix thoroughly.
Add salt to taste.
Add tomato and avocado before serving.
Serve chilled.
