Island Chicken Kabobs
Island Chicken Kabobs is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. kraft barbecue sauce, 1/2 c. italian dressing, 1/2 c. pineapple-orange-banana juice, 1 tsp. vanilla and 1 tsp. allspice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Stir together barbecue sauce, dressing, juice, vanilla and allspice.
Arrange chicken, pineapple and peppers on skewers. Pour sauce mixture over kabobs.
Cover.
Marinate in refrigerator for 1 hour.
Drain; reserve marinade.
Place kabobs on greased grill over low heat.
Grill 10 minutes on each side.
