In-a-Hurry Taco Bake
In-A-Hurry Taco Bake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 small bag corn chips (1 or 2 oz.), 1 can black beans or chili with beans, 1 c. yellow corn (frozen, or if canned, drained), 1/2 c. diced green and/or red sweet peppers and 1/4 c. diced onion (equivalent of dried minced), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Crush corn chips and place in bottom of a small casserole dish. Top with beans, corn, peppers, onions, salsa and cheese, in that order.
Microwave for 8 to 10 minutes, or bake at 350Β° for 20 to 25 minutes.
