Impossible Quesadilla Pie is an easy dinner. Made with 2 cans (4 oz.) green chillies, chopped, 4 c. shredded cheddar cheese (16 oz.), 2 c. milk, 1 c. biscuit mix and 4 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
Heat oven to 450Β°.
Grease pie plate, 10 x 1 1/2-inches. Sprinkle chillies and cheese in plate.
Beat remaining ingredients until smooth.
Pour into plate.
