Ice Cream Coffee
Ice Cream Coffee is an easy dinner. Made with 2 qt. extra strong coffee, 1 cinnamon stick, 1/2 pt. vanilla or coffee ice cream and 1/2 pt. heavy cream, whipped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Remove cinnamon stick. Pour coffee into punch bowl and cool.
Add ice cream. Just before serving, fold in whipped cream.
Three teaspoons sugar may be added to whipped cream, if desired.
