Hummus
Hummus is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/4 c. loosely packed parsley, 2 cloves garlic, 1 (19 oz.) can chickpeas, drained and rinsed, 2/3 c. olive oil and 1/2 c. tahini, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Mince parsley in food processor; set aside.
Drop garlic through feeding tube while machine is running.
Process until well minced.
Add chickpeas, 2/3 cup olive oil, tahini, lemon juice, salt, cumin and pepper.
Process until smooth.
Spoon into serving bowl; drizzle with remaining olive oil and sprinkle with parsley. Garnish with olives.
