Hot Spinach Salad With Almonds is an moderately easy dinner. Spread almonds on a baking sheet and toast oven until golden, about 10 minutes.
Let cool. Pull spinach wash leaves. Put spinach in a salad bowl with the raisins and almonds.
Bring vinegar, 1/2 teaspoon salt and 1/4 teaspoon pepper to a boil in a small saucepan.
Add oil and heat.
Pour the warm dressing over spinach, toss and serve immediately.
