Hot Salsa
Hot Salsa is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 to 3 jalapenos (add more if desired), 2 (16 oz.) cans hunt's tomatoes (whole), 1 onion (small), 1 tbsp. garlic powder and 1 tsp. cumin, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
Blend peppers, onions, garlic, cumin and cilantro with a small amount of tomato juice from your can of tomatoes.
Blend in blender until your cilantro is well blended.
Put tomatoes in and blend for 10 to 20 seconds.
You don't want it real mushy.
Cook in a pot on top of stove on medium heat for 30 minutes.
