Made with 2 (14 1/2 oz.) cans diced tomatoes, 1 (4 oz.) can diced chili peppers, 1 (4 oz.) can diced jalapenos, 1 large onion, chopped and 1 tsp. ground coriander, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Combine tomatoes, chili peppers, jalapenos, onion, coriander and cilantro in blender.
After blended, stir in lime juice, salt and pepper to taste.
