Hot Rolls
Hot Rolls is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. warm water, 1 pkg. yeast, 1/4 c. hot water, 1/2 c. sugar and 6 c. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Dissolve yeast in warm water, add 2 tablespoons of the sugar. Combine shortening, salt and remaining sugar.
Add water not used to dissolve yeast.
Add flour and beat until smooth.
Turn dough out onto lightly floured board and knead until dough is spongy and does not stick to hands.
Put in greased bowl and let rise until doubled in size.
Work down and work into buns and place them in greased pan.
Let rise until doubled in size.
Bake at 375Β° for 20 minutes.
Makes 24 large buns.
