Made with (8 1/2 oz.) can artichoke hearts, drained, c. mayonnaise, c. grated swiss, c. grated parmesan and or 2 garlic powder, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Squeeze artichoke hearts dry.
(I usually rinse them off with tap water after I drain the can.)
Cut up into bite size pieces. Combine with cheese, mayonnaise and garlic powder.
