Homemade Coffee Liqueur is an easy dinner. Made with 2 oz. instant coffee, 4 c. sugar, 3 c. boiling water, 1 tsp. vanilla extract and 1 fifth of brandy or vodka, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Mix coffee and sugar together.
Add boiling water slowly and stir until well mixed.
Add vanilla and stir.
Slowly pour and mix in Brandy or Vodka.
Store in capped bottles. Makes approximately 2-1/2 fifths. Best if aged for at least 1 month.
