Holiday Cranberry Salad
Holiday Cranberry Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (13 1/2 oz.) can crushed pineapple, 2 (3 oz.) pkg. cherry gelatin, 1 (7 oz.) bottle ginger ale, 1 c. chopped nuts (pecans or walnuts) and 1 lb. can jellied whole cranberry sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Drain pineapple, reserving syrup.
Add water to make one cup and heat to boiling.
Dissolve gelatin in hot liquid and stir in cranberry sauce.
