Herbal Cheesecake
Herbal Cheesecake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 tbsp. plus 1/3 c. butter, 1/3 c. bread crumbs, 1/4 c. asiago cheese (can substitute parmesan cheese), 3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened and 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Heat oven to 350Β°.
Spray sides and bottom of spring-form pan with vegetable spray.
Combine bread crumbs and grated cheese. Press mixture onto bottom of pan; set pan on baking sheet and bake 10 minutes and remove from oven.
Beat cream cheese; beat in melted butter, garlic and herbs.
Mix in Worcestershire sauce, then add eggs, one at a time.
Pour filling over crust.
Bake 1 hour; turn off heat and leave cheesecake in oven 30 minutes with door ajar.
Cool, then cover and refrigerate.
Unmold onto plate and serve with crackers.
