Made with 2 large carrots, sliced, 2 or 3 stalks celery, sliced, 1 (16 oz.) can whole peeled tomatoes, 1 large onion, coarsely cut and 1 tbsp. wyler's instant chicken bouillon, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. In a medium size pot put all ingredients and bring to boil; then reduce heat to medium heat and cook, covered, about 30 minutes.
You may cook longer if you like your vegetables softer.
