Healthy Burritos
Healthy Burritos is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 can fat-free refried beans, 1/2 c. salsa, 1 (4.5 oz.) can green chiles, chopped, 1/4 head lettuce, shredded and 2 c. tomatoes, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Mix refried beans, salsa and green chiles in saucepan.
Cook at medium heat.
Meanwhile, prepare lettuce, tomatoes, onion and bell peppers.
Heat tortillas in oven 5 minutes at 325Β°.
Place one large spoonful bean mixture onto center of tortillas.
Top with lettuce, tomato, onion, peppers and cheese to taste.
Roll up tortilla and enjoy.
