Hazel's Hot Chicken Salad
Hazel'S Hot Chicken Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 to 2 1/2 c. cooked diced chicken, 1 (8 oz.) can water chestnuts, drained and sliced, 2 pimentos, diced (1 oz.), 1/2 c. slivered toasted almonds and 1/2 c. sliced mushrooms, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Combine chicken, chestnuts, pimentos, almonds, mushrooms, lemon juice and mayonnaise.
Place in a buttered 2 quart casserole.
Cheese and onions.
Bake at 350Β° for 20 minutes until golden.
