Hawaiian Wedding Cake
Hawaiian Wedding Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 box yellow cake mix, 1 (no. 2) can crushed pineapple (in juice), drained and squeezed, 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, 1 (3 oz.) pkg. vanilla instant pudding and 1 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Use pineapple juice in batter in place of water.
(If juice is not enough, add water to make 1 1/3 cups.)
Bake in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
When cake is cool, mix vanilla pudding with cup of milk and cream cheese.
Beat well until all is blended; then fold in pineapple.
Spread on top of cake.
Spread Cool Whip on top of that, then top with coconut.
