Hawaiian Pancake
Hawaiian Pancake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. flour, 1/2 c. milk, 2 eggs, lightly beaten, 1/8 tsp. nutmeg and 1/4 c. butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Melt the butter in a 12-inch iron skillet until hot, but not burnt, in a 425° oven. Combine flour, milk, eggs and nutmeg.
Beat lightly and leave the batter a little lumpy.
Pour into hot skillet.
Bake at 425° for 15 minutes.
Sprinkle with the sugar and lemon juice.
Serve with your favorite topping.
Serves 2.
