Hawaiian Kabobs
Hawaiian Kabobs is an impressive dinner you can prepare in about 1 hour 22 minutes. Made with (20 oz.) can unsweetened pineapple chunks, large green peppers, cut into 1-inch pieces, large onion, quartered, to 16 medium fresh mushrooms and to 18 cherry tomatoes, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Drain pineapple, reserving 1/2 cup of juice.
In large bowl, place pineapple chunks and vegetables.
Set aside.
In a saucepan, combine pineapple juice with soy sauce, olive oil, brown sugar and seasonings.
Bring to a boil.
Reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, for 5 minutes.
Pour over vegetable mixture; cover and refrigerate for 1 hour.
