Hamburger Rolls
Hamburger Rolls is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3.5 lb. hamburger, 1/2 green pepper, finely chopped, 6 hard-boiled eggs, finely chopped, 6 to 8 oz. can chopped black olives and 8 oz. can tomato sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.
Fry hamburger with green pepper, salt and pepper; drain well. Add hard-boiled eggs, olives and tomato sauce.
Let simmer until mixed well.
While in pan, layer cheese over top and cover.
When cheese starts to boil, stir thoroughly.
Stuff mixture into French rolls and wrap in foil.
Bake at 300Β° for 20 minutes.
Makes about 18 to 19 rolls.
