Hamburger Maki Pupu
Hamburger Maki Pupu is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. hamburger, 1/2 small onion, minced, 2 tbsp. shoyu, 1 tsp. salt and 1 lb. surimi, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Mix all ingredients, except the nori.
Roll the mixture in nori like sushi,
5/8-inch diameter.
Wrap each roll in wax paper.
Freeze overnight. Slice in 4 pieces while frozen.
Deep fry. You can keep in freezer indefinitely and cook as needed for pupus or side dish.
