Ground Beef Casserole
Ground Beef Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. ground beef, 1 c. chopped onion, 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, 1 can cream of mushroom soup and 1/2 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Brown ground beef and onion.
Drain excess oil.
Combine cream cheese, soup, milk, catsup and salt.
Mix until smooth.
Add to ground beef.
Pour into 2-quart casserole dish.
Bake at 375° for 10 minutes.
Place can of biscuits on top.
Bake at 375° for 15 to 25 minutes.
Serves six.
