Grilled Pork Tenderloin

In a dish or Ziploc bag large enough to hold pork, combine oil, wine and garlic.
Add the pork, turning to coat it thoroughly. Marinate, covered, overnight in refrigerator.
Drain pork, discard marinade.
Grill pork and an oiled rack about 6-inches from fire for about 25 minutes or until meat thermometer registers 155Β°. Slice and serve.
